Mileage is the most important thing, the cars have to have under 130,000 miles. They need to have clean titles, no rebuilt or salvage/total loss.
For most vehicles they need to be 2014 or newer. If the vehicle is specialty (meaning no longer made, rare, sporty or exotic in some way they are allowed on a case by case basis).
