Hello,
I am looking to purchase my first house this winter/ spring.
Ideally something in NW CT, open to towns such as Plymouth, Thomaston, Bethlehem, Morris, Watertown, etc.
I am open to properties in good shape or those needing work. I will be living in the property for a year and then eventually renting it out after the year.
Open to single family, duplex, triplex, something with an in law setup or in law setup potential would be great.
I could get traditional financing on the property or an owner financing situation could work as well!
