Come relax at our Seacape Retreat House!! The decor is Pottery Barn Style and we have a wonderful open floor plan! There is so much to do and see here!! You can go to the pumpkin farm, visit a winery or take a short walk to our private beach and nature preserve! We are close to historic Greenport where there is a lot to do with your family and friends. The kids will love the Carousel along the boardwalk!!

This house has 3 bedrooms, We have beds for 8 people or less. There are 2 bathrooms, a Great Room, fully stocked kitchen, central ac and heating, internet, 3 TVs, plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Update: We only have full weeks and /or midweeks available. - Midweeks are the best time to explore The North Fork and avoid the crowds!!! - This is ideal for families!

June, July and August Midweek only=$2,500
Weekend Only=$3,000- Primetime
Full Week=$3,500

Check-in on Monday at 12 noon and Checkout on Friday at 12 noon.

2 nights=$1,400 and each additional night is $500.

We have an 20 by 40 foot in-ground pool, outdoor shower and private beach, on the Peconic Bay!!,
