Barn or garage. It's post and beam, chestnut maybe others, dates to 1800's. Buyer takes it down and gets all the lumber, wood, etc. Negotiable.
I'm considering putting a new roof on an adjoining building. I'll consider trading this barn for a new roof on the other building. It's small, 11 square. We can talk. I may also consider a deal to remove all the buildings...
Vintage boards dating to 1800s likely chestnut. 1" thick, 2 are 4" wide, one 5", remainder 7" wide, 44" long. See pics for coverage. Buyer to remove.
Two 4'x 8' sheets of OSB, chip board, reclaimed, usable condition. One is 1/2" thick the other is 1" thick.
Three pieces of particle board 5/8" thick. One 37" x 60", two 4' x 4' one has an aprox usable size of 2' x 4' depending on your use.
Stair treads 5 pine 3 composite, 11" deep x 34" wide. Misc boards, lumber, barn boards and beams, other wood, trim, etc, various lengths and widths.
Much is reclaimed chestnut dating to the 1800s. Pressure treated railing pickets. One 2" x 12" x 12'. More... What do you need? I probably have it.
