We own a fairly large estate with two houses and find ourselves in near-constant need of repairing, painting, hauling, etc. We would like to establish a relationship with someone who has multi-faceted skills and enjoys working on these small but important issues that crop up.
For electrical, HVAC, plumbing, housekeeping we have excellent specialists, so these are not skills we are are looking to add to. But there are lots of things that fall in between these big areas that we do need coverage for.
