Vintage Mikasa Arabella Stoneware for 6, 44pcs. Pickup by appointment. - $500 (NW Connecticut)

For Local pickup in NW CT, New Hartford area. Will need time to retrieve from my storage unit, so by appointment.
The set is in excellent condition! Like new/hardly used. Very minor/limited signs of use. The only imperfection I noted was 1 tea cup had a chip on the bottom (see photos).
After looking up prices and availability on Mikasa, Replacements Ltd, and eBay, I've tried to come up with a fair price. It's essentially half the cost of paying for items individually.
