Single (45y/o) non-smoker, seeking rental for herself and large, friendly dog. 6 years live onsite estate management experience, willing to lend those skills to reduce rent. Currently working full time in Norfolk, CT and hoping to stay within 30 minute drive, if possible. Could be ideal arrangement for weekenders who would like the peace of mind knowing there is someone on the property and available to collect mail/packages, check on house, address any issues.
