Hooey is a dun crossbred gelding who stands at approximately 15.3H. He rides excellent in or out of the arena. He has three great gaits, a nice easy walk and jog and a very comfortable slow lope. He takes both leads with ease and lopes beautiful circles. This is a gelding that just moves around the right way and is fancy about it!! He is super quiet and kind. This gelding has the mindset, brains, and versatility to be anything you want him to be! He is a very easy ride, just about anybody can ride him. Hooey looks good under english or western attire, and can be rode either way. Hooey would make the perfect english equitation partner or jumper! Hooey has a great stop to him and rides around soft in the face and sides. He will ride around level headed or tuck and frame up!Hooey will also go out on the trails with other horses or alone. He crosses over bridges and logs and goes right through water without hesitation. And especially loves to splash!! Hooey is very very smart and willing I think whatever you throw at him, he will do with no hesitation! He stands to be groomed, bathed, saddled, unsaddled, mounted and dismounted from. He loads and unloads. He stands for the vet and farrier and picks up all 4 of his feet. Hooey also carries a ranch brand on his left shoulder. He is truly just an all around good honest guy! And not one you want to miss!
