Up for sale is a roof exhaust fan made by Lomanco. Humidity and temperature operated, it is designed to be screwed to a roof that is cutout for it, shingled over the flashing to protect the inside area and then wired to electricity. Operates according to settings you make on the control box for temperature and humidity.
The aluminum dome measures 24 inches across, and it makes the unit weatherproof. The underside flashing measures 23 by 20 inches.
This unit is new, never used. Box was pretty damaged but the unit is fine.
I was going to use it on my house roof but found out the problem was improper venting which solved my issue. This would be good for a barn with animals, kennels, coops, or a house with a large attic area.
