Hiring a full-time cook who can work Tuesday - Saturday, some days some evenings.
Food prep responsibilities include both basic food preparation as well as some more skilled recipe preparation. Pantry station responsibilities include working service, and plating salads, sandwiches, desserts & specials to order, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the station, equipment and floors at the end of the shift.
Ideal candidates are reliable, efficient, detail-oriented, able to follow recipes, skilled with a knife, even-tempered, and experienced. Hours are approximately Tuesday 11-9 (prep/pantry), Wed 10-5 (prep), Thurs 10-5 (prep), Fri 10-7 (prep), Sat 10-10 (pantry)
