One owner 1978 Shogun Raver. Very light, fast, well built, comfortable, and gearing is wonderful with its click shift Shimano components. For owner piece of mind, I had the original dealer install but not limited to new 27 x 1" tires, new high-pressure tube, new cables, brake and shift, also sporting some new colors on the bars from the era. Rims trued for max braking, frame has option for bottle mounts, brake calipers also have a quick release open tab. Rims are quick release as well. Bike was ahead of its time. Excellent for long hauls, climbing is extremely easy as well. always stored in climate-controlled home hung up in a nonsmoking environment, as stated well cared for and loved. The pedals are a Shimano shoe click on they come with it, if not liked you can change, very easily come off.
