Up for sale is a rather unique Victorian hanging lamp. has a patent date of 1875, so 150 years old.
Frame and other parts are cast iron, quite heavy. It is a pull down, so see the pix. It is complete.
The shade is most likely a replacement as is the smoke bell. The brass lamp burner may not be original and does not have a glass chimney.
I have not ever attempted to use it as a lamp, it was always just a decorator piece.
It could be easily electrified and be quite an item to any decor, a most unusual piece.
The cast iron pieces are very nicely decorated all around.
The part that holds the burner has one of its holding ears broken off but that is not really noticeable.
Pick up only, cash only, no pay apps and no holds for your secretary or daughter, sister or whatever scam you are trying.
